March Break Workshop Camp

Welcome to Original Kids Theatre’s brand new March Break camp! Located at the Covent Garden Market, in this workshop-based camp, youth will learn about and get to practice many different aspects of theatre, such as mime and tableau, improvisation, vocal music, creative movement and dance, scene work, and more. They’ll also get to enjoy a performance of our incredible March Break show.
Registration is open to all youth aged 8-13 – you don’t need to be a current Main Cast Company member to sign up for this camp. No previous theatrical experience is needed; only a positive attitude, willingness to explore and try new things, and the desire to have fun! Spots are limited, so sign up today!

The Instructor
Kerry has been with Original Kids Theatre Company since 2010. She has served twice as Interim Artistic Director and has directed over 20 shows with the Original Kids Main Cast Company, including May We All: A New Country Musical, Seussical Jr., The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, and Disney’s Descendants: The Musical, as well as choreographing movement, stage combat, and intimacy on countless others. She was also director of T.A.G. (The Actor Grows) for five years, Original Kids’ introductory program for new Main Cast company members. Theatre credits (both onstage and off) include productions with Musical Theatre Productions, LYTE at the Palace, A.B. Lucas Secondary School, Odesa Company, Theatre Aezir, St. Marys Community Players, Port Stanley Festival Theatre summer camp, Western Summer Shakespeare, and Gruntled Productions (Access Theatre, NYC – Off Broadway).

Camp OK!
Camp OK! is a safe and nurturing environment where young people can grow and flourish – It is a total theatre experience, where children blossom as performers.
But theatre isn't all we do! We also offer lunchtime activities, water events and loads of games... most importantly, we have lots of FUN!
