Mia has been a part of Original Kids Theatre in a variety of roles since 2011. She was an Original Kid herself for nine years performing in 17 productions. As well, Mia has Stage Managed four productions, been an intern Administrative Assistant under our former Artistic Director Andrew Tribe, and is currently a Main Cast Choreographer. Mia first attended Camp OK at seven years old and continued until she was hired to work there as a counsellor. This will be Mia’s seventh summer at Camp OK and she couldn’t be more excited for Camp OK summer 2024! Currently, Mia is attending the Ivey Business School completing her Honors in Business Administration. Mia is proud and eager to take on this role at Camp OK and is counting down the days until summer 2024!​​

Josh
​Claire has been apart of Original Kids Theatre since 2011 in a variety of roles. Claire was a 10 year Original Kids graduate and has been in 18 productions with Original Kids. As well, she has worked with our Kidlets program for five to eight year old's for over 3 years. Since Claire was 9 years old she attended Camp OK and continued to until she was able to apply to work there. This will be Claire’s 7th summer working at camp OK. She couldn’t be more honoured to step into the role of Leadership Coordinator! Claire is excited to join the Camp OK administrative team and is eager for summer 2024!
Josh has been a part of Original Kids Theatre Company in a variety of roles since 2017. Being part of the Main Cast, he performed in 6 different productions. As well, Josh has Stage Managed and worked at Kidlets for 3 years! This will be Josh’s 6th year at Camp OK and he couldn’t be more excited to step into the role as Program Coordinator! Currently Josh is in his final year at Western University for his Bachelors in Computer Science. Josh is thrilled and eager to create memorable experiences this summer at Camp OK 2024!

CAMP OK STAFF

Camp OK! is equipped with talented, enthusiastic and responsible staff! They are at Camp OK! to make sure your camper has the best summer possible! Our staff all share in a passion for the arts and are trained in safety procedures, inclusion, first aid, and having fun! Counsellors are with your camper every step of the way leading games, activities, and theme days. The Artistic Staff lead vocal, singing, and dance classes in the morning and direct your child’s show in the afternoon. Our staff work hard to make Camp OK! a place for campers to have fun, make memories, and develop their talents. We can’t wait for you to meet our incredible team!

Safety First!

Although accidents and injuries are rare, we have trained staff members with a variety of qualifications. Our senior staff is highly trained in first aid and emergency response procedures, and all of our Camp OK staff is trained in first aid. Our first aid equipment and supplies are located throughout the facility. All Emergency Response Team members carry first aid equipment on them at all times and are identified with a red ERT badge on their uniforms. 

CAMP OK! is a latex and nut-free organization.
Camp OK is a safe environment both physically and emotionally, where youth can develop and grow among friends. 
​Theatre is not the only aspect of Camp OK… we also offer lunchtime games, sports activities, water events and lots of crazy camp fun!
